Bought the Amelia Earhart flying costume. Goggles were broken and no hat. The material is cheap and flimsy and feels absolutely disgusting on but you could cope with it if it all arrived.

I've ordered costumes from this company several times. They have a great range to choose from and even with delivery to Australia they arrive on time, in great condition and good quality. Their customer service is even better - fast replies, no hassle returns and staff really helpful. Will continue to use them for all our costume needs and highly recommend.

First time ordering from Halloween Costumes.com. Had great experience with ordering and they were good about keeping me updated on when order shipped, etc.
After placed order, I did not receive confirmation email, so I sent message to them, which was answered promptly and email confirmation was resent quickly. Even though I pre-ordered (since item was not in stock) - received order very quickly.
Will definitely order from here again.

I ordered a costume that didn't fit right. I requested a return and was given a return label in which I was to pay for shipping. Seemed easy until postal services says it isn't a real address and won't accept. I contact the company and their answer was to tell me a higher up said it was fine. Wow, thanks for the help. Make sure you know what size you are buying or just buy from amazon so you can actually return or exchange.

Size too BIG! I got the one that was 3 inches smaller than my chest and it was very big on me. Plus the zipper would not go up or down. Very disappointed after spending $80.

Ordered from them on Wednesday the seventh, paid a ton of extra shipping literally $40 extra shipping, so it would get there on Friday for my son's birthday. Received no tracking at all, and here we are today on the 11th or 12th, I emailed them yesterday and they are lying to me and saying that oh I'm so sorry, it must've been lost in transit and I will send your order out again right now. How could it be lost in transit if I've never received a tracking number? I spent over $130 with these people and all I'm seeing is bad reviews like this. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau or whichever service I am able to report to because they are 100% rip off artists.

I love the fact that the plus size options are actually plus size.
Too many costume brands just do a One size fits all, queen size, or max out at 3x that’s really closer to a 1x.
It was also really decent quality, and I’ll definitely be getting more costumes from here.

Cannot be trusted to dispatch order - paid for 2-3 business day expedited delivery and dispatch occurred 6 days after order was placed despite me intervening 2 days earlier and asking them to just cancel order. These people cannot be trusted.

Ordered a costume for everyone in the family but when the order arrived multiple items were missing. That's okay though because their customer service was amazing and everything got fixed up in no time! Can't wait to get these costumes on for Halloween. The shipping was fast and the order was processed quickly so everything arrived way early for Halloween so the kids are as excited as the adults. Thanks again for the great service after what could have been a disaster.

It was an amazing adventure to order costumes for the family from Holloween Costumes. Accurate, kind and fast like hell! :) I’ve never had this good experience with any orders so far. My daughter loves her costume and her broom :) and everybody in the family is very satisfied. Thanks for all your hard work!
